Standard UK Delivery Charges

Our delivery charge for orders up to £3.00 in value is £1.00 for each UK mainland order.  Shipping on orders over £3.01 will be free. 

General Shipping Information

Orders received by 10 a.m. are normally despatched the same day (Monday - Friday), following notification of the satisfactory authorisation from PayPal. 

Please note that during busier times it is possible that up to a 24-hour delay may occur for despatch of your order.

Orders are sent via Royal Mail, or Courier Service, dependent upon weight and order value.

Royal Mail Recorded, UPS and Courier deliveries require a signature upon delivery. 

You must inform us within five working days if goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem.

Please quote your Invoice number in all correspondence.

Proof of despatch is always obtained.

By placing an order with us, you agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Cancellation of an Order

You may cancel your order in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations.

To cancel your order you must first contact us by email within seven days of placing your order with us.

Clementine Crafts are happy to replace / refund any goods that are confirmed faulty.


If you wish to return goods, please contact us by email prior to despatch stating your name, address, telephone number, email address, Invoice number, PayPal transaction reference, date of purchase and item(s) to be returned. This will help us to ensure a prompt service. DO NOT return goods without first contacting us.

As soon as we receive the goods we will consider and action your request, this will be confirmed to you by e-mail using the e-mail address you notified us with. Where a refund has been requested and agreed, we will request, within three working days, PayPal to refund your account. 

If the returned items are to be exchanged, the replacement items, if held in stock, will be despatched within 1 working day of the date of our confirmation e-mail. If the items are not in stock we will notify you of the new despatch date by e-mail or, if they are no longer available, we will issue a refund via PayPal.

You will not be charged delivery on the replacement of faulty items. If the returned items are not faulty and are to be sent back to you, our normal delivery charges will apply. We will, of course, confirm this to you by e-mail.
